Static stretching involves relaxing in to a position and holding it for a period of time. Different from the Dynamic stretch series posted earlier where you are moving through positions. I find both techniques beneficial for increasing mobility. This series covers inner thighs, hamstrings, hips, quads, shoulders + lower back. Even better when you incorporate some breathwork. Enjoy!
