I’m using "I Love House Music Dub Mix” by Leandro Da Silva 124 bpm. 

Stay in each exercise 30 seconds, repeat on other side.

Begin with ankle weights on (optional), on L knee, L arm straight, R leg extended, R hand behind head

*Side crunch in, extend back out

*Hold leg extended lift up

*Bring R hand down, come to L elbow, Bend R knee to side

*Hydrant down up, side extend

*Hold side extend lift up flexed

*Hydrant down up, diagonal extend

*Hold diagonal lift up flexed

*Point, continue lifting
