Start standing with Slider under R foot. Towel behind back. Stay in each move 30 seconds, repeat on other side.

I'm using "Celebrate- Ryan Riback Remix" by MIKA Pharrell Williams.  122bpm

*Slide back in to a deep lunge while hinging forward, return to standing
*Hold at bottom of lunge, small presses up with arms
*Hold arms still, Pulse L leg
*Lower R knee towards floor + lifting chest, return to hinge
*Stay in upright lunge, pulse down
