CDM Mini Sequence- Strength #5

Uber efficient strength series working lower + upper body simultaneously with a blip of cardio.

I'm using Hacia La Noche- Avon Stinger Remix,  Yolanda Be Cool, 123 bpm.

Do each move for 30 seconds. Repeat series on other side, 3x on each side.

Begin in a double leg lunge, L leg front.

* Lunge with overhead press R

* Straighten back R leg, Lunge with bicep curl on diagonal

* Shift weight forward lifting back R leg, One legged lunge with Row

* Jump lunge touch down
