Start in tabletop with R leg extended behind on floor
* Lift R leg, lower it to floor,  Pull L knee pull in, extend back out to starting position
* Hold R up leg extended + lift
* Bend R knee, press up, return, press up again extending arms straight to a pike position  + extending R leg
* Stay in tabletop with R leg bent + just press up
