CDM Mini Sequence-Strength #15

I'm using “Heartbreak Hotel” by Richard Grey.  Stay in each move for at least 30 seconds.

Begin with ball behind back against wall, weights in hands, feet in V, arms in bicep curl.

* Lower down, return up

* Hold in V lunge, bicep curl arms

Move legs to chair, arms forward, numbers up

* Lower down, return up

* Hold in chair, small arm raises

Bring feet to wide 2nd, arms in "O" pressing together

* Lower down, return up

* Hold in deep wide 2nd, small arm crosses
