I'm using "So Excited" by Leandro Da Silva, 123 bpm.
Begin with Physioball all under R side, feet against wall R forward, hands behind head.  Stay in each move 30 seconds.  Repeat on other side.
* Lower Body Down, Twist, Lift Up
* Just Lower + Lift
Bring R hand down, extend L leg to back diagonal
* Side crunch extend
* Hold leg on back diagonal, Circle
* Reverse
* Lift Up
