I’m using "Tip of My Tongue- Wuki Mix" by Sam Bruno, 128 bpm
Begin with Ankle weights on in Tabletop, on L elbow + R hand, Bend R leg
*Press up 2x, open hip, return
*Hold hip open, draw knee towards elbow, press out to diagonal
*Keep leg extended to diagonal, lift up
Step on R leg, bringing L behind in a crusty lunge, hands behind back
*Lower down + up
*Lift chest, continuing lowering down + up
