CDM Mini Sequence-Strength #12

I’m using "So High- HUGEL Remix" by Aslove. Stay in each exercise for 30-45 seconds. Start with 1 band around thighs, 2nd band in hands behind back, feet hip width, squat, hinge forward
* Bend L leg, lift chest kicking R leg forward, return
* Hold in hinge pulse L leg down
* Life chest, turn legs out, kick R leg front + back
* Hold R leg front,  lift up
* Release band, Squat jump
