Yields 6 Servings 


(1) 3 avocados (pitted, pealed and mashed)

(2) Juice from half a lime

(3) 1/4 cup of cilantro leaves, chopped

(4) 1/2 a small red onion, chopped

(5) Sea salt to taste


(1) In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt.

(2) Fold in onion and cilantro.

(3) Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.
