I’ve eaten raw veggies + cold smoothies daily for years and was beginning to feel like my body was no longer optimally absorbing nutrients. It’s great everyone’s talking about sleep but I sometimes feel the articles are theoretical, many times not written by people with kids and although not intended, can actually cause anxiety and pressure around sleeping. That being said, I do believe in setting the stage for sleep + am happy to share what I do which helps tremendously….but when it doesn’t, I get through the day and set the stage again the next night!
