Collagen protein is the key structural protein that ensures the cohesion, elasticity, and regeneration of all of our connective tissues. It builds stronger bones, improves joint mobility, strengthens ligaments and bolsters healthy skin, hair, nails and teeth.
It’s my opinion these proteins deliver different benefits, all of which I’d like to receive, thus my decision to now take both.
