Ellie Kempton- Founder of Simply Nourished Nutrition
Ellie Kempton believes the food we eat says something fundamental about who we are and what we believe in. She is a holistic nutritionist who knows her favorite foods have the ability to stabilize energy, improve digestion, and optimize weight. Her mission is to provide clarity in choosing the right foods to nourish your unique body and lifestyle.
Ellie's career in nutrition found her as a collegiate swimmer. Her diet was motivated purely by speed and ease. Foods that could be prepared quickly to optimize free time and fuel an even faster swim. When Ellie's “fast” foods only made her slower and eventually very sick, her paradigm shifted. Neither doctors nor medicines could prevent her discouragement. After a diagnosis of autoimmunity, but before completely giving up, Ellie found her elixir: real food. It transformed her performance, health and life.
Since then, Ellie has become real food’s marketing agent. Real food offers transformative health benefits and Ellie is thrilled to make nutrition simple and exciting for everyone. Her devotion and extensive work to nourish her own health has equipped her with the tools to help others stabilize energy, digestion and weight. Through simple habits, Ellie believes everyone can provide optimal and sustainable health.

Raised by a surgeon and nurse practitioner, she was always intrigued by medicine but soon discovered that fainting in the operating room made for a poor physician. The arts, captivating her creativity, additionally drew attention. Only after college did she realized the potential to combine her love of science and art by pursuing psychology.

Kathryn Dickinson, Owner of Aillea
A lifetime beauty junkie and former executive in the beauty industry in New York City, Kathryn's head started to spin when she tried to “clean up” my beauty routine. She started on the journey of replacing every product she used with one that works as well or better as the ones she had been using, but had no toxic chemicals. The amount of green washing (having one organic ingredient but lots of other chemicals and advertising as organic) and false advertising left her frustrated and incensed.
Realizing that true transparency does not exist in the beauty industry, she set out to create a safe haven where people KNOW that EVERY product is safe - free of parabens, sulfates, petrochemicals, endocrine disruptors or other toxic chemicals, and were not tested on animals. No exceptions. But where all of the products also still work and deliver all of the performance she had come to expect (and love) working in the industry...Lets be honest - who wants to rub mud in their hair and smell like vinegar? She certainly didn't. Kathryn didn't think she should have to compromise her beauty standards to be healthy!
Cat’s love affair with beauty started in 1996 when she began marketing and creating products for a high-end natural beauty line for spas. She quickly developed a passion for creating products and cosmetics that not only improved skin health but also helped people feel better about themselves and their appearance.
In 2012 she took a hiatus from the beauty industry to become the Editor-in-Chief of The Scout Guide Denver, a premier lifestyle publication that features the best of independently owned businesses in Denver. In 2014, Cat returned to her roots with a friend and former colleague whereby they ultimately launched intelligent elixirs skincare. She currently spends her time in every aspect of the business from creating products to packaging and marketing the non-toxic skincare line nationwide.
