Fun cardio sequence. Light weights add some umph but are optional.

I’m using "One Night In the Disco- Original Mix" by Simioli 125 bpm.

Stay in each exercise 30 seconds, repeat 2-3x!
*Boxer shuffle
*Squat Jab R
*Jacks with wide arms
*Jacks with arms pressing up
*Squat Jab L
*Jacks with wide arms
*Jacks with arms pressing up
*High knees with alternating bicep curls
