CDM Mini Sequence- Abs #8

I’m using "So Excited" by Leandro Da Silva, 123 bpm. 
Start with shins on ball hands on floor in plank position. Stay in each move 30 seconds.  Repeat sequence 3x.
*Pike hips up, return to plank
*From plank, Lift R leg up, small pulse lifts up
*Repeat on L leg
*Bend elbows half way down, pulse pushups from that point
