 I’m using "Peanut Butter Jelly-Moska Remix” 128 bpm. Stay in each exercise for 30-45 seconds.

Start in forearm plank, feet on sliders, R knee pulled in
* Keep leg formation as you pike your hips up, return
* Straight arm plank- repeat pikes
* Slide L leg under body, return
* Bring L arm down side plank, slide everything in crunch, press back out
