I’m using “Love Me Now- Dave Aude Remix” by John Legend + Dave Aude 125 bpm.  Stay in each exercise for 30-45 seconds.
Start on back, ball between legs, knees bent on heels, hands behind head.
*Super crunch
*Curl twist
*Supercrunch twist
Move ball under back, both legs up, arms on floor out to sides
*Lower one leg alternating, return up
*Lower both Legs to point of control, return up
*Isometric hold both legs at point of control
