Begin on back with medicine ball in hands, legs flat, feet hip width.  
Stay in each exercise 30-45 seconds.  
I'm using "Inhale-TCTS Remix" by Duke Dumont, 124 bpm.
* Roll Ups with alternating leg lifts
* Stay up + Bicycle
* Take your Bicycle on the Road by lowering back + up
* Stay up + Bicycle with a twist
* Extend back + then sit up in a full body crunch
