CDM Mini Sequence- Abs #2

Start lying on back, weights in hands, arms to ceiling, legs in V. Stay in each move for 30 seconds. Repeat sequence 3x.

I'm using "Closer- The Knocks Remix", 130 bpm

*Curl upper body up pressing weight through V legs

*Hold in curl + pulse

*Add leg lowers to point of control + lower curl at top

*Hold point of control arms up/slightly back
