CDM Mini Sequence- Abs #1

Focusing on Abs + Arms with this Resistance Band Series. Stay in each move 30 seconds. Repeat series 3x. I'm using "Just A Little Love" Simioli 124 bpm
Place band under thighs, wrap ends around hands
*Curl upper body up + back
*Hold body still, just curl biceps in + out
*Curl both body + arms together
*Roll further on to your back.  Pull one knee in to your chest, extend other leg out slow pressing down in to the band.
*Faster tempo
*With torso twist
